Terms of Service

By accessing or using Kordavo, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Kordavo helps construction teams capture issues, structure records, manage evidence, generate AI-assisted drafts, build timelines, and prepare Evidence Packs.

AI-generated content is draft-only and must be reviewed by qualified humans before use, sending, decision-making, payment release, legal action, engineering decisions, or client communication.

Kordavo does not provide legal, tax, accounting, insurance, construction, engineering, architectural, safety, or professional advice. Outputs from the platform are informational and must be independently verified by qualified people before being relied on.

Evidence Packs are documentation records generated from user-provided project information. They are not legal certification, court-proof evidence, or a guarantee of any dispute, claim, payment, or legal outcome.

You are responsible for:

• Accuracy of information you upload
• Holding the necessary permissions to upload and share photos and documents
• Reviewing AI outputs before relying on them
• Complying with applicable laws, contracts, privacy duties, workplace rules, and professional obligations

Workspace owners and admins control user access and project records within their workspace. They are responsible for managing membership, roles, and the data added by their teams.

• A 7-day Evidence Trial may be available for new workspaces.
• No card is required for the current trial flow.
• No automatic charge occurs under the current trial flow.
• Commercial terms are reviewed manually unless a checkout flow has been activated for your account.
• Paid plans may be activated by manual approval or by a billing workflow when available.
• Optional paid manual onboarding (Kordavo Evidence Setup) may be offered as a separate one-time service.

Free or trial access may change. Kordavo does not promise free indefinite use of the service.

Kordavo may provide workflows for documenting milestone approvals and payment-related records. Kordavo is not a bank, escrow provider, payment processor, lender, or money transmitter. Payment-related availability may depend on approved third-party providers and your region.

• No unlawful use of the service
• No uploading data you do not have the rights to upload
• No attempts to bypass security, access controls, or rate limits
• No malicious use, including attempts to harm other users, the platform, or third parties

The platform may change over time. Features may be added, updated, or removed. Kordavo does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or always-available service.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Kordavo and its providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties beyond those required by law.
