Kordavo is an AI-assisted construction issue resolution and project evidence platform. It helps construction teams capture jobsite issues, structure records, manage evidence, generate draft summaries, and prepare Evidence Packs.

  • Account information (such as name, email, and authentication identifiers)
  • Workspace and project information
  • Issue records you create
  • Photos, documents, and other evidence you upload
  • Communications and form submissions sent to us
  • Billing and upgrade request information, where applicable
  • Technical usage and log data needed to operate the service

3. How we use information

  • Provide and operate the platform
  • Create project records and Evidence Packs
  • Support AI-assisted workflows
  • Manage accounts, workspaces, access, and support
  • Improve product reliability and security
  • Send transactional messages related to your account
  • Process upgrade or billing requests

4. AI-assisted processing

Kordavo may process issue descriptions, project context, uploaded evidence, and related records to generate draft summaries, next-step suggestions, messages, timelines, and Evidence Pack content. AI outputs are draft-only and require human review.

5. File and evidence storage

Uploaded files may include construction photos, documents, and project evidence. We store these to operate the service and make them available to authorized members of your workspace. We do not promise any specific level of permanence, availability, or forensic integrity for uploaded files.

6. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with:

  • Service providers needed to run the platform (such as hosting, storage, email, and AI infrastructure)
  • Workspace members, based on permissions you configure
  • Payment providers, where billing is used
  • Legal or compliance recipients where required by applicable law

7. Data retention

Information is retained as needed to provide the platform, support workspace records, meet legal or compliance obligations, and manage accounts. Retention periods may vary by data category.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, but no system can be guaranteed 100% secure.

9. Your choices

Depending on your role and applicable law, you may access or correct your account information, request deletion of certain data, or ask questions about how your information is handled. Workspace records may be controlled by the workspace owner or admin.
